October 30 to November 2, 2025 | Mendocino, California

Be a part of a curated group of other kind, curious, fun queer men for a weekend of reflection, mindfulness, coaching, and connection in one of the world’s most beautiful natural spaces.

WHY RETREAT

*ri-ˈtrēt : a period of withdrawal, often in nature, for meditation, study, or instruction under a teacher or facilitator. An intentional opportunity for regrouping, recuperating, reflecting, resetting.*

To live our best lives, to be awake to this one life we are living, we all need time and support to live intentionally and think about what matters most.

WHO THIS IS FOR

Anyone who identifies as a queer man in midlife, interested in exploring the practices, tools, and support to navigate the challenges in midlife, and to thrive. We are purposely limiting participation to no more than 15 people to ensure a great, personalized experience for everyone.

While couples and friends are welcome to join together, this is an opportunity for self reflection and honest conversations about yourself and where you want to go in the next phase of midlife.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

We’ll have a mix of facilitated group discussions, 1:1 coaching conversations with experienced certified coaches, meditation and yoga sessions, lots of time for self-reflection and enjoying the quiet of nature in northern California, shared nutritious gourmet meals, connection and community.

Through a mix of reflection exercises, facilitated conversations, and unstructured time, topics we will explore could include:

WHERE WE WILL GATHER

We will gather at Spirit Camp, a beautiful retreat center on the Mendocino Coast, about 150 miles north of San Francisco. It’s about a 3 hour drive from San Francisco, where you’ll find a mix of some of the world’s most beautiful ancient redwood forests and beautiful Pacific coastline. Whether it’s sunny and warm or cool and rainy, this space is magical for reflection and a short escape from modern life. Close enough to be reachable, but feels like a world away.
